Customer Support Engineer
Job Overview
Our client, based in Cork, who has been operating for 35 years, requires an Internal Customer Support Engineer.
Do you have a mechanical engineering qualification? (complete or incomplete)
Do you have strong customer/people skills?
Are you highly computer literate?
Your duties will include:
- In-house Technical support for the existing customer base.
- Site visits to support existing customers
- Support queries that come in to the company website
- Requirements:
- Third Level qualification or relevant experience in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Pneumatics a distinct advantage.
- Basic competence in all Technical aspects of function and application of Fluid Power Products.
- Possess strong IT skills.
- Proven track record in establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess strong commercial awareness.
You MUST hold a full clean drivers licence to be considered for this role and be in a position to commute to and from the facility based in the Ringaskiddy/Carrigaline area of Cork.
