Permanent, office based in Dublin West

Salary: €28,000 DOE

Duties:

  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service by daily reporting and managing of orders in line with intake of stock and customer forecast.
  • Processing orders from sales representatives and stores via phone, email, and online order system.
  • Maintaining and running daily reports to outline and action potential issues and maximize order fulfilment
  • Liaise with and work closely the wider customer service team, sales team, supply & dispatch teams to ensure an excellent level of customer service to ensure daily service level targets are met
  • Manage all relevant queries through to resolution.
  • Ensure timely action and resolution to maximise customer service.
  • Ensure inbound calls and emails are answered in a timely and professional manner.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the customer service management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years' experience working in a similar role
  • Third level qualification in business/supply chain discipline desirable but not essential
  • Strong I.T. capability and excellent data analysis skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and develop relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrates strategic thinking and decision making through proven track record
  • Full clean driving licence
