Customer Service with German

Job Overview

Currently, we are recruiting a Premiums Associate with German to join an organisation in Shannon to complete a contract of twelve months in duration.

Areas of responsibility will include:

Process customer claims according to their policy terms and conditions
Review and evaluate all customer documentation in line internal policy
Administrate customer claims according to service level agreements
Manage customer communications in an efficient yet courteous manner
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

Fluent German is essential at a business level
Clear logical thought process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
