The Role

My client, a leading productivity partner for the mining, infrastructure and natural resources industries is seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join their new operations based in Dublin City.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global organisation as they enter the Irish market. In this role, you will be responsible for and operationally working in the team. This is a full time, permanent position, with hybrid options available (this is not a fully remote position).

Tasks & Duties

  • Lead and operationally be a part of the team to respond, act and deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Lead, guide, and train team members for delivering trust and experience for customers

  • Define short-, long- term tactics and plans to create a best-in- class customer care operation. That includes
    • Enable a seamless data-driven process
    • Platform requirement and capability; handling orders, requests and errors
    • Handle customer
    • Analyse and advise on progress towards goals and objective

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-10 Years experience in customer service, contact centre and related logistics operations
  • Demonstrated experience & know-how within e-commerce, online or similar industry working with B2B and / or B2C customers.
  • Strong Leadership, project management & organisational skills - efficient and hands-on.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office & customer care supporting systems.

  • High School or similar preferably.
