Customer Service Role

Job Overview

My client based in Limerick is looking for an experienced customer service rep to join their team. This role would also suit someone from an admin background who was used to dealing with clients or customers over the phone. This is not a call centre its a small office with about 12 people in total.

Duties:

  • Meeting customers expectations ensuring customer service is provided with a positive attitude
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen customer relationships
  • Run daily reports to monitor and resolve shipping discrepancies with a customer focused solution
  • Actively monitor customers domestic, import and export shipments
  • Issue performance reports to customers

Requirements

  • Min 2 year's experience in a fast paced corporate environment
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Customer focused
  • Strong communication skills
