Customer Service Representative
Job Overview
Currently recruiting for a Customer Service Area Controller to join my Client who is a leading Energy and Services Solutions Company based in Dublin 22. This is a Full Time Temporary Role with an Immediate Start.
Location: Dublin 22
Hourly Rate: €13.46
Working hours: Monday - Friday
The Role:
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails with knowledge and efficiency
- Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
- Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
- Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
Requirements:
- At least 12 months experience in a busy customer focused role.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation
- Strong MS Office experience.
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate when necessary
- Able to work individually and as a team
- Own transport is essential
