Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

On behalf of my client in Galway city centre I am recruiting for temporary Administration Assistants for an immediate start. This is a temporary role for three months but candidates will be eligible to apply for permanent roles within the company once they start.

The candidate will:

  • Answer inbound calls politely and courteously
  • Take necessary information and pass to sales team
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times
  • Schedule return calls


Hours of work:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent communications skills
Be proficient in MS Word
No previous call centre experience is required. All training is provided for this role.
