Job Overview


  • Excellent communication skills and phone manner
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Good understanding of computer literacy (excel & word)
  • Must have own car
  • Previous experience in a similar role desirable


  • Managing accounts for various customers
  • Customer communication via phone, e-mail, live-chat or face-to-face
  • Ability to meet targets within set time-lines
  • Ability to co-coordinator and communicate with colleagues as required
  • Provide a professional and satisfactory support to customers while managing a high volume of queries


  • Salary: €24,000
  • Hours: 39 hours per week - 9:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Thurs; 9:00 am to 5.00pm Fri.
  • Required to work Saturdays and Public Holidays (rotational basis)
  • Permanent contract subject to 6 months probation
