The Role

I am excited to partner with one of the world's leading suppliers of equipment and services to petrol stations and oil companies across Europe and Africa. A large, established company, they operate in 29 countries and employ more than 3000 people.

My client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team based in Dublin 22. This is a full time, permanent position with a hybrid work policy. You will be required to work 3 days on site in the clients offices in Baldonnel Business Park, you must be able to reliable commute to this location.

Tasks & Duties

  • Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails with knowledge and efficiency ensuring the Service Desk is ran smooth & effectively
  • Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction
  • Logging calls and allocating them to relevant, local engineers
  • Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers
  • Follow company communications guidelines and procedures under minimal supervision
  • Data input & updating online portal

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • 1 Year experience in busy customer focused role
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluency in the English language
  • Strong MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in a busy call centre beneficial
