Customer Service Order Processor

Job Overview

** Contract role which is likely to move to a permanent position**

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process all customer queries for online orders
  • Create mail mergers for corporate clients
  • Manage all customer complaints, credit returns and sales via phone and email.
  • Manage stock levels and inventory levels
  • Receive, verify and follow end to end processing of customer orders
  • Carry out order processing and order administration task on ERP system
  • Update and maintain all customer data
  • Work closely with warehouse, distribution and logistics
  • Reporting for KPI's and senior team
  • General administration

Requirements:

  • Ideally the successful candidate will have worked in a similar role processing roles and handling customer queries
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Have to be able to work long hours during busy periods in November and December
  • Flexible and willing to learn
  • Good IT skills
