Job Overview

Duties:

  • Coordinate and optimise the Customer Service activities
  • Rosters / scheduling
  • Last minute problem solving
  • Route planning
  • Comply with the policies and procedures of the organisation

Requirements:

  • 1 - 2 years experience in customer service
  • Logistics or Coordinating experience is desired
  • Excellent communicator
  • Must be a fantastic problem solver
