Temporary Role - Customer Service Agent, Duration: 3 months

Location: Thurles

Overview of Role

The Customer Service Representative role offers a unique opportunity to take on customer responsibilities that directly impact the business of the company. The role will involve providing first class service to customers and assisting with key operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service - inbound call management & answering emails
  • Deal with new and existing customers over the phone.
  • Ensure all calls are answered promptly and professionally
  • Actively ring customers and follow up on leads
  • Ability to liaise with other departments as necessary to get the job done
  • Work hard to achieve KPI's in all areas

Skills and Attributes:

  • Team player
  • Organised and reliable with attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and oral communication, strong ability to construct email replies to clients
  • Must be comfortable with standard MS Office software (Outlook, Word)
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Salesforce an advantage

Experience & working hours:

  • 1 - 2 years of experience working in an office
  • 9.30am to 5.30 or 10am to 6pm - this is rotated
  • Must be willing to work 2 Saturdays a month (37.5 hour week)
