Customer Service Agent

Job Overview

The Job:

  • The Customer Service Agent will undertake order processing.
  • You will communicate with customers on an ongoing basis.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for uploading new products onto web platform.
  • You will answer phone, email & social media queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • The Customer Service Agent will place orders, create purchase order numbers & email orders to suppliers.
  • You will follow-up with suppliers on ETA of products and communicate same to the customer.
  • Your role will involve product shipping.
  • The successful candidate will ensure prompt delivery of products from each of our branches.
  • You will issue regular updates to customers when potential delays occur.

Experience & Requirements:

  • Keen interest and/or experience in Golf.
  • Excellent track record with a solid and stable work history.
  • Display a demonstrable ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Ensure that sales and productivity targets are met and the highest standards of service are upheld.
  • You will also need to be flexible in your approach and willing to help out in other areas of the business as and when required.
  • Most of all, you will share their 100% dedication to delivering excellence in service.
