Customer Service Advisor - Night Shift - 4 Day Week - Hybrid - Permanent

Here at FRS Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity to work with an amazing insurance company on their customer service team on the night shift. You will be working on a hybrid basis, 4 days in and 4 days off. Shifts are set in advance and you will always know exactly when you will be working each month.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a high standard of customer service
  • Answering inbound calls in a timely manner while maintaining quality of service
  • Assisting customers in areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies
  • Providing accurate information on every call
  • Updating records for each customer ensuring internal systems are accurate
  • Escalating cases where necessary and keeping the relevant individuals updated on the progress of cases

  • Excellent time management
  • The ability to work well within a team
  • Computer competency
