Customer Service Advisor - Night Shift - 4 Day Week - Hybrid - Permanent
Here at FRS Recruitment we have a fantastic opportunity to work with an amazing insurance company on their customer service team on the night shift. You will be working on a hybrid basis, 4 days in and 4 days off. Shifts are set in advance and you will always know exactly when you will be working each month.
Your Responsibilities:
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Answering inbound calls in a timely manner while maintaining quality of service
- Assisting customers in areas of motor breakdowns and home emergencies
- Providing accurate information on every call
- Updating records for each customer ensuring internal systems are accurate
- Escalating cases where necessary and keeping the relevant individuals updated on the progress of cases

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management
- The ability to work well within a team
- Computer competency
