Customer Service Advisor
Job Overview
On behalf of my client in Galway city centre I am recruiting for temporary Customer Service Advisors for an immediate start.
The candidate will:
- Provide support to customer enquiries politely and courteously
- Answer inbound calls
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times
- Organise follow up calls to clients
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent communications skills
- Be proficient in MS Word
Previous experience in a customer service environment is desirable. All training is provided for this role.
