Job Overview

We are looking for a positive, adaptable and motivated Customer Support and Sales Advisor professional to join a new Warehouse/Office team based in a new facility for a well-established retail Ecommerce business, entering the market in the Ireland.

This role is based on site in Dublin 15 and is a great opportunity for the right person to make a mark in an established business moving into the Irish market for the first time.

You will be the foundation of the business in Ireland will see great growth opportunities in this company and role.

This role requires a customer focused individual, with an excellent phone manner and high standard of written communication, who can work to tight deadlines and managing competing demands.

This role will be stand alone initially, but as the team grows our Customer Support Advisor will have plenty of opportunities to play a key role in the growth of the Irish operation.

* Providing friendly service to a wide variety of customers with varying needs. From investigating a delivery query with a logistics provider/courier to assisting with a technical query about a product, you will be responsible for delighting our customers with the support they receive.
* Building relationships with our customers and developing trust in our products/brand.
* Communicating effectively and accurately over email, phone and live chat, guaranteeing our customers get the information they need, when they need it.
* Taking part in training sessions to keep your product knowledge up to date and to the best standard in our industry.
* Confidently collaborating with departments in the UK operation to problem solve and give our customers the right information and support they need.
* Communicating effectively with third party couriers and developing relationships where necessary
* Assisting the broader warehouse and distribution team with goods in/out
* Liaise with UK office team members, suppliers, and transport companies

* Experience in a customer service or customer facing role
* Experience in a similar business with exposure to courier networks, goods in and out
* Understanding of pick and pack principles and elements such as stock reconciliation
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Must have used a computer-based system before and must be able to use outlook and all Microsoft platform

* Travel to the UK for initial training and potential requirement to attend UK base for meetings/events where necessary
