Customer Service Advisor /Account Manager
Job Overview
My Shannon based client is looking for candidates to join their growing team.
The ideal candidate will provide superior level customer services and business support to customers. They will also contribute positively to the team's work efforts, under the instruction and management of the supervisors and/or Manager to ensure optimal levels of productivity at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Services Experience
- 1-2 years experience of a fast paced service environment
- Strong, proven self management / motivation skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of achieving group/individual targets
- Strong understanding of reporting tools and techniques
- Strong PC skills including use of excel.
- Strong English
Desirable:
- Experience in the Logistics Industry / Service industry
