Duties & Responsibilities

  • Order processing
  • Data input of orders and entries onto ERP and CRM systems
  • Provide and demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Price details & ensure details are correct
  • Acknowledge and respond to emails
  • Ensure attention to detail is adhered to and that shipping of products is correct
  • Ad hoc duties as required
Candidate requirements
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience with order processing and shipping
  • Experience with ERP Epicore (desirable) or excellent knowledge of CRM systems/SAP
  • Ability to be part of a team
  • Previous experience in invoicing, customer care, general admin and shipping.
