Permanent contract with hybrid working options. Salary depending on experience.

My client an insurance company are looking for a Customer Care Advisor to join their Customer Care Team.

If you have experience in customer care and want to have the opportunity to build a successful career in the Insurance industry this could be the role for you.

CIP or QFA is preferable but APA Personal General Insurance or APA Life is a minimum requirement with 2 years industry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first class customer support to all customers
  • Be the point of contact for customers to advise them on their Insurance policy
  • Engage collaboratively with their Financial Advisors with a common goal of providing excellent service to customers.
  • Working professionally and ethically with colleagues, clients, and insurers
  • Working with a view to growing the company as a business

Requirements:

  • At least APA Personal General Insurance or APA Life is essential
  • Excellent phone manner & communication skills
  • Good IT Skills
  • Previous experience of working in a service environment is preferred
  • Enthusiastic, professional, positive and flexible approach that includes the ability to self-motivate
