Are you looking for a new and varied role in Customer Service and Administration? FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Account Executive for our client in Tullamore Co Offaly.

The Customer Account Executive will process and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This will include preparing competitive proposals and quotations as well as processing customer sales and purchase order requirements.

You will be liaising with the logistics, operations and accounting teams to ensure that all customers orders are processed and fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.

You will provide a key interface with the customer, supporting all aspects of the sales and customer care process.

Key Duties

  • Meet and exceed customer expectations as the first point of contact for the customer.
  • Work with customers to ensure that their accounts are maintained in line with agreed terms.
  • Order processing from initial contact to delivery & managing order queries.
  • Preparation of customer reports and business analysis to include KPI's.
  • Recognise and develop sales opportunities.
  • Help others in the office as required.
