CRM Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a CRM Specialist to roll out customer journeys through Salesforce Marketing Cloud for a 6 month contract.

Key responsibilities of this role:

    • Map out and implement relevant customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
    • Develop agreed customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud through both web, SMS and email studio.
    • Assist in the design and development of SMS and email marketing templates.
    • Enable Dealers to create campaign member lists and support overall Dealer marketing with campaign templates
    • Provide suggestions for marketing automation processes and campaign management
    • Execute our marketing campaigns flawlessly and provide support to product and marketing colleagues.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance and user behaviour.

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 2 years CRM and/or email marketing experience.
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong marketing skills and knowledge base
  • Good copyrighting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and strategic driven


  • Full training in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be provided as part of this role
