Credit Controller - pt or ft accountant

Job Overview

Our very successful client is looking for a full time experienced part or full-qualified Accountant or Accounts Technician to join their team for the role of Credit Controller.

The successful candidate will be based in Kilrush, Co Clare and join their dedicated team for a 6 months contract.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for credit control
  • Month end reports reporting into the financial controller
  • accounts payable and receivable
  • Generate management reports
  • Prepare budgets
  • Contribute to budgetary comparisons
  • Accounts analysis
  • Uphold compliance standards in accordance with the company's policies and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and reports

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous 4 years' experience in a similar role
  • Part or fully qualified Accountant/accountancy qualification a must
  • Initiative and self-motivated individual
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • This position is highly interactive with clients and so friendliness and good communication skills are essential
  • Analytical problem solver
  • Excellent time-management skills
