In this role - you will be the point of contact for commercial customers who have queries on their account, questions relating to pick-ups and on the flip side of things - you will also be invoicing for services and handling credit control for select customers. A main element of this role is Credit Control and you must have previous experience in this field. You will be the point of contact for select clients which requires a multitasking and professional approach to things.

The company is looking for a new addition to their Customer Service team. You can be newly IATI qualified and seeking a role where you will gain great varied experience and knowledge within this field or you can have a number of years experience and you are looking to join an established and well organised and run team.
