FRS Recruitment are now inviting applications for the role of 'Counter Salesperson -Agri' on behalf of our Client, who is serving the Irish Agricultural sector for over 85 years.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a progressive and leading business with 6 agri branches across their network.
This role would suit someone with an agri background and retail experience, strong communication skills and is based in the Wicklow/Kildare/Carlow region.
Role
* Provide Advice & support to farmers on a wide range of farm inputs
* Stock control and merchandising
* Support the branch manager with the daily running of the store
* Provide technical back up and support to farmers
* Merchandising & stock control
* Evaluate a customer's needs and build productive long lasting relationships
* Making sure the shop floor runs smoothly
Candidate profile
* Interest in Agriculture
* Sales focused with sales experience or passion
* Ambitious with strong communication & interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise work
