Contact Centre Manager: Cork

Our client a leading provider to the hospitality and catering industry are seeking to recruit a Contact Centre Manager to take control of the operations of the contact centre. As Contact Centre Manager you will carry out the day to day team management in terms of sales and customer service. You will lead and mentor a team of outbound internal salespeople to achieve and exceed goals and you will manage the inbound Call Centre to ensure that our customers receive best in class customer service

Contact Centre Manager

  • Ensure Revenue and Margin budgets are achieved by developing expertise within the Internal Sales Team in problem-solving, innovative thinking and KPI achievement.
  • Ensure Internal Sales Executives form collaborative relationships with field sales & store network
  • Carry out coaching calls with each team member and setting improvement targets
  • Ensure all inbound operators are trained to give best in class customer service
  • Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with each team member to identify development needs and conduct formal appraisals as required
  • Provide monthly sales reports to timeframes and complete all admin
  • Undertake Ad-hoc duties, projects and responsibilities within defined areas of responsibility as appropriate.


Qualification & Experience

  • A min of 4 yrs previous experience as an Internal Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager
  • Proven background of managing Sales and Service Advisors and developing performance
  • Excellent planning, organisational, communication and leadership skills
  • Sales skills - demonstration of sales process, closing and negotiation
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to implement change
  • Good command of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, P/P, Outlook);
