A leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor is looking to recruit a Commercial Lead for a Dublin based role.
The role will involve the following tasks:

• Tender review
• Liaising with Senior Management
• Review sub contractor packages
• Due diligence with sub contractors and suppliers
• Management of cost reporting system
• Mentoring junior staff

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

• 10 years plus experience in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management
• Degree or Masters qualified in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Experience with construction, mechanical and or electrical works
• Expert knowledge of the construction industry
• Full driving licence
• Happy to work in an office setting
• Driven and motivated candidate
• Commercially acute
