Duties & Responsibilities:

Dealing with customer queries

Dealing with Insurance Companies

Handling Client Correspondence

Preparing Quotations

Ensuring Adherence to compliance procedures

Providing Back-Up for other staff members and management

Conducting product research

Experience and Qualifications:

CIP or working towards a CIP Qualification

Min 1 years' experience within an insurance broker

Experience using Relay
