Job Overview

I am delighted to assist my client, a leading Private Hospital in Cork, in recruiting for a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Endoscopy Unit.

The role will involve coordinating and leading a team of staff in the implementation and provision of the highest quality patient care.

Essential Criteria

• Registered General Nurse with the NMBI
• Demonstrable commitment to patient Safety & Quality
• Minimum 5 years postgraduate acute care nursing experience essential
• Management Qualification preferable
• Proven leadership and change management skills
• Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills
• Ability to make decisions with excellent organisational skills
