Salary range (experience based): €52,416 - €61,152 per annum
My client, a newly built, state of the art nursing home is situated in a coastal village in Co. Wicklow. This nursing home will be accepting their first residents in a few months and it is crucial to have a strong clinical team to welcome them.
I am currently recruiting a CNM - Clinical Nurse manager to manage a team of Nurses and HCAs. As a CNM you will assist a DON in daily management of this large, modern art nursing home. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest level of care for residents. This position will suit any experienced Senior Nurse or a CNM with a genuine interest in elderly care.
Affordable Staff Accommodation is available on site of the nursing home.
Your profile:
- Third level Degree in Nursing
- Active registration with NMBI
- 5+ year/s experience as a Nurse in the Care of the Elderly ideally, or Hospital setting
- Ideally min of 1 year managerial experience
- Qualification in Management/Leadership desirable, but not essential
- Understanding and knowledge of HIQA regulations and standards
- Flexible to work different shifts (days only)
- Strong good communication skills required
