Clinical Programme Manager
FRS are delighted to be working with one of Ireland's leading charities. An organisation that provides one-to-one counselling services in centres across Ireland.
This is a Remote Working position but some travel to the Head Office in Dublin will be required for meetings.
We are looking for a Clinical Programme Manager to come in and join the Clinical Leadership Team to develop and oversea the Clinical Strategy within the organistation.
The role of the Clinical Programme Manager will be to look after processes associated with:
1. Change Management
2. Project Management
3. Risk Management.
4. Clinical Governance & Compliance
5. Financial Management
This is a full-time, fixed term contract. A 40 hour working week, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. 27 days Annual Leave per annum.
There will be a company laptop & phone provided and travel expenses will be covered when travelling.
- A minimum of 7 years experience within a Healthcare Service setting
- Third level qualification in a related Clinical discipline, e.g. psychology or psychotherapy AND/OR Business or Management qualification.
- Strong IT skills and experience working with Client/Clinical databases
- Experience with developing & implementing Clinical Strategies
- Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
