FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Clinic Coordinator based in Dublin 4. This role offers a €23k basic salary with commission OTE minimum €33k.
Responsibilities:
- Telemarketing: managing all inbound and outbound calls/leads -"warm calls";
- Tracking records of up-selling and selling add-on products;
- Managing schedules in diary to maximise appointment potential;
- Meeting and greeting patients on arrival and answer telephone and email enquiries in a courteous and professional manner;
- Keeping accurate records on company systems;
- Stock ordering.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Telesales /Call Centre (outbound calls) environment;
- Strong communication skills both written and oral;
- Excellent telephone skills and manner;
- Desire to succeed in sales and results focused;
- Be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
