Our client based in Kilkenny is currently recruiting for a temporary Clerical Officer with financial background.

DUTIES:

  • Liaising with applicant both new and existing in relation to their queries
  • Data inputting of accurate information onto the system
  • Dealing with claims, file maintenance and reporting
  • Tele communication with existing and new applicants

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent tele communication skills
  • Data input and excel skills
  • IT skills, experience in Word and Excel, developing and using documents
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical skills
  • The ability to plan and organise workload to achieve quality results within required timescales
  • Clerical experience and general admin skills
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision and use initiative to deliver service

This is a full time temporary ongoing position with an immediate start.
