Clerical Officer Grade 3 - Tullamore

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer for our client based in Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

THE ROLE:

  • Day to day administration duties
  • Data entry and managing the CRM system
  • Assisting other staff members when required
  • Dealing with members of the public
  • Answering queries over the phone and face to face
  • Finance - flare for figures and attention to detail (dealing with expenses, receipts, invoicing)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous administration experience within a busy environment
  • Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Numerical ability and finance experience
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Attention to details and data entry skills
  • Immediately available

This is a full time temporary on going position with a immediate start.
