Job Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to join a busy team in Tullamore, Co. Offaly

The role:

  • Receipt, collation and processing of financial data and maintaining accuracy in calculating and processing payment information including preparation of salaries, expenses and allowances
  • Preparation, Issuing and Recording of Documentation.
  • Uploading daily attendance sheets and updating information on SAP
  • Recording of Leave.
  • Administrative support to Directors.
  • Participating on virtual meetings and carrying out tasks assigned.
  • Completion of HR documentation.
  • General office duties - filing, photocopying, telephone queries etc
  • Any other duties that may be assigned.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience processing financial information.
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Must have SAP knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail skills.
  • Experience in using IT Systems including MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an email system e.g. Outlook.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
