Clerical Officer

Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Clerical Officer for temporary position (immediate start required) based in Dublin 7.

Duties:

  • Provide information administrative back up and support to all teams;
  • Implement and maintain efficient & effective administrative systems such as CRM and Sharepoint etc.;
  • Data entry, maintenance and data quality checking;
  • Deal with and responding to internal/external queries and information requests;
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to track and prioritise workloads & maintain, update systems and manage relevant views on CRM/SharePoint;
  • Issuing of correspondence from relevant mailboxes;
  • Assist in the application process across a suite of programmes & co-ordinate the efficient and effective dissemination of information and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Administration work experience and experience in a call centre or customer service environment;
  • Strong organisational skills;
  • Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft dynamics CRM systems, SharePoint, and MS packages e.g. Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • An understanding of the operation of databases.
