I'm currently recruiting for a Ward Clerk to join a busy team in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.


  • Clerical and administration duties
  • Process Intake and Discharge Forms
  • Organise, Update, and File Medical Records
  • Coordinating patient assignments with nurses and doctors
  • Answer Non-medical Patient Questions
  • Prepare medical invoices and bills


  • Previous Ward Clerk experience is desirable
  • Previous administration experience is required
  • Good data entry and eye for detail skills
  • Good organisational and diary management skills
  • Knowledge of the medical field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
  • Dictaphone typing an advantage
  • Immediately available
