Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer account queries in an efficient and professional manner
  • Managing the relationships internally and externally effectively
  • Develop strategies for every account
  • Deliver solutions for clients and follow up with administration
  • Recommend different options based on your own assessments
  • Keeping track of customer accounts
  • Being compliant in accordance with company law and procedures.

Experience Required:

  • APA/QFA is desirable
  • Understanding of financial services desirable
  • Call centre/ strong customer service experience
  • Third level degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
  • Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
