- Handling customer account queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Managing the relationships internally and externally effectively
- Develop strategies for every account
- Deliver solutions for clients and follow up with administration
- Recommend different options based on your own assessments
- Keeping track of customer accounts
- Being compliant in accordance with company law and procedures.
- APA/QFA is desirable
- Understanding of financial services desirable
- Call centre/ strong customer service experience
- Third level degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment.
- Must have fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
