Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a customer service agent / call centre agent for our busy client based in Sillion hill / Killcullen Co. Kildare.

The Role:
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following;

  • Taking customer calls and dealing with them in a professional manner.
  • Recording all calls on the Customer Care Management System.
  • Dealing with customer queries and ensuring they are brought to a resolution.
  • Responsible, for fielding calls from customers both commercial & residential skip hire processing those orders and taking payment.
  • Liasing with the transport office's to make sure we can fill all orders in an efficient way and to the customers' requirements.
  • Liasing with our Head Office in regarding outstanding customer queries and to bring them to a successful and speedy conclusion and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Liasing with our Head Office regarding all master data requirements

The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes:

  • Good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with ability to work on their own initiative.
  • Be flexible and prepared to work in any required areas.
  • Proficiency in the English language is a requirement
  • A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem solving skills

This is a temporary ongoing position on week to week basis.
