Call Centre Agents Kildare
We are currently recruiting for a customer service agent / call centre agent for our busy client based in Sillion hill / Killcullen Co. Kildare.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following;
- Taking customer calls and dealing with them in a professional manner.
- Recording all calls on the Customer Care Management System.
- Dealing with customer queries and ensuring they are brought to a resolution.
- Responsible, for fielding calls from customers both commercial & residential skip hire processing those orders and taking payment.
- Liasing with the transport office's to make sure we can fill all orders in an efficient way and to the customers' requirements.
- Liasing with our Head Office in regarding outstanding customer queries and to bring them to a successful and speedy conclusion and enhancing the customer experience.
- Liasing with our Head Office regarding all master data requirements
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes:
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills.
- Team player with ability to work on their own initiative.
- Be flexible and prepared to work in any required areas.
- Proficiency in the English language is a requirement
- A "can do" work ethic with excellent problem solving skills
This is a temporary ongoing position on week to week basis.
