Call Centre Agent

Job Overview

My client, based in Galway City Centre, is looking for Call Centre Agents to join their team on a temporary contract for 4 months.

This role would be ideal for someone with previous customer service experience looking to get out of retail or a recent grad looking for some work experience.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9-5

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls and recording information from customers
• Emails
• General Admin
• Providing excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous customer service experience - retail / hospitality / call centre
• Good computer skills
• Good attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
