Call Agents - Contract

Job Overview

My client who is based in Eyre Square in Galway City is looking to hire 5 Call Centre Agents for 4 months. This role will be Monday to Friday 9-5, no weekend work! This role could suit someone just finished their studies at uni /a recent Grad or someone with good Customer Service skills/experience

Duties:

• Provide great customer service
• Take ownership for customer queries.
• Dealing with Customers over the phone
• Emails
• General Admin
• Working with your team

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience - retail / hospitality / call centre
• Good computer skills
• Good attention to details
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
