Business Process Analyst (III)

FRS are working exclusively with our globally present client in the financial services sector. We are actively considering applications for the position of Business Process Analyst (III) to join a company that recognises work can be done remotely and are implementing fantastic benefits and bonus structures to reflect their appreciation of staff. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the SOC and ISO internal quality and controls. Security ISO background is highly advantageous alongside the ability to plan, execute and control all phases of assigned quality programs.

What will you be doing?

  • Prioritizes and manages multiple projects simultaneously and follows through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Designs and continuously improves the process improvement methodology consisting of processes and procedures, tools and techniques, to consistently deliver effective and efficient process services in order to optimize benefits.
  • Collaborates with all members of the team to identify and execute on programs including gathering systems requirements from all internal stakeholders.
  • Presents recommendations, develops, prototypes, and demonstrates solutions.
  • Designs, programs, simulates and tests automated processes in order to complete exact tasks.
  • Develops in-house solutions, macro-based tools, and templates that address business needs.
  • Develops/coordinates development of appropriate documentation for all phases of projects (control charts, flow charts, system diagrams, code comments, training materials, etc.).
  • Serves as a liaison between functional teams to foster collaboration, gain support, and work towards attainment of organizational goals.
  • Manages the SOC program, working with individual control owners to ensure all controls are designed to meet SOC qualification standards and audits, including gathering evidence from control owners for all audits required.
  • Manages the ISO process for the organization, ensuring policies are designed and followed to meet the continuous ISO qualifications.
  • Participates in projects and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional business travel may be required.

  • Must be results oriented, customer focused, and exhibit good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making capability.
  • Ability to listen and understand information and communicate the same.
  • Ability to work with little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
  • Ability to network with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Working knowledge of major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) a plus.
  • Ability to apply professional concepts, experience and company objectives in order to perform an in-depth analysis of situations or data to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
