Business Process Analyst

Job Overview

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analysing the business requirements and translating them in business solutions to improve processes. The Business Analyst will have process modelling experience and strong analytical skills. The Business Analyst will have responsibility over:

  • Gather requirements through business process analysis and documentation of business requirements
  • Develop business requirements and processes for for deliverable documenting
  • Model new business processes and lead process improvement
  • Establish solutions and document them clearly
  • Develop strategic stakeholder relationships to help champion appropriate solutions
  • Ensure user acceptance testing and verification is complete
  • Facilitate interviews and workshops with stakeholders to aid in requirement gathering and design of solutions
  • Report delivery and lead presentations

To be effective in this role the Business Analyst will require:

  • A degree in computer science/ business / accounting or relevant equivalent experience
  • 3+ years as a Business analyst with ERP systems experience
  • Good knowledge of process and workflow modelling
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with Business Intelligence reporting
  • Experience with process analysis, modelling and improvement implementation
  • Strong experience with business applications and IT systems
