A market leading Irish organisation are looking to hire a driven Business Operations Manager ideally with experience in warehouse, distribution or manufacturing sectors. This role will provide the right candidate with great career progression into a general managers position.
Duties:
- Lead a team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Drive a positive work culture with a focus on continuous improvement, encouraging cross-functional collaboration to drive business effectiveness.
- Employee Management - Managing KPIs, performance reviews and motivating staff.
- Managing turnaround times
- Supplier and Stock Management - Pricing, ordering, logistics, fault resolution and reordering levels.
- Carry out operational systems reviews and improvements.
- Assessing and improving customer satisfaction and service delivery process.
- Employee learning and development planning
- Responsible for Health and Safety
- Preparation of documentation for tenders, credit accounts, method statements
- Managing prompt and accurate payment of supplier and customer invoices.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Operations Manager or in a similar role.
- 3-5 years relevant experience
- A natural customer centric person
- Strong knowledge of operations management.
- Systematic with a focus on process improvement and change management.
- Proven people management skills, implementing culture and driving performance.
- High level of organisation and forward planning
- Analytical in approach and systematic way of working
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
