Business Development Manager - Hire

  • Develop the Hire business through new business sales and account development.
  • Development and achievement of annual sales and profitability targets for the company
  • Implement appropriate procedures to support the business
  • Assist the company in the development/implementation of their marketing/launch plans
  • Develop Short Term and Long Term Hire sales - Meet and exceed sales budgets.
  • Manage all sales and tender activities within your defined business portfolio.
  • Work with Operations and key support functions to ensure clients' needs are met
  • Networking, building, and maintaining relationships with a view to securing new business

Requirements: Business Development Manager - Hire

  • Seeking candidates with a proven track record in B2B Commerical Sales ideally in equipment hire/rental or Construction related industry
  • Have excellent people skills, inspire confidence and be results-driven.
  • Strong entrepreneurial nature, natural sales professional, hungry for career advancement and growth
