Business Development Manager - Hire
- Develop the Hire business through new business sales and account development.
- Development and achievement of annual sales and profitability targets for the company
- Implement appropriate procedures to support the business
- Assist the company in the development/implementation of their marketing/launch plans
- Develop Short Term and Long Term Hire sales - Meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Manage all sales and tender activities within your defined business portfolio.
- Work with Operations and key support functions to ensure clients' needs are met
- Networking, building, and maintaining relationships with a view to securing new business
Requirements: Business Development Manager - Hire
- Seeking candidates with a proven track record in B2B Commerical Sales ideally in equipment hire/rental or Construction related industry
- Have excellent people skills, inspire confidence and be results-driven.
