Key Responsibilities

  • Build Strong Relations with Current Partners ensuring compliance with company policy & procedures
  • Develop and deliver key metrics to ensure the continued growth of existing and new partnerships
  • Constantly review, update and report on key metrics of stakeholders to ensure company business objectives are achieved
  • Strategically report on the growth, expansion, and development of current partners, constantly identifying key performance indicates for areas of improvement.
  • Meet the challenging needs of a multi-site sales manager with a key emphasis on business growth as a whole.
  • Strategically devise a proactive business development campaign to target, attract, engage, and acquire new partners.

Key Competencies

  • A min of 5 years of B2B Business Development experience with a proven track record in Multi-Site Account Management
  • Proven track record in multi-site retail business growth with an emphasis on Business Development
  • Strong entrepreneurial nature with emphases on the Development of Business in a strategic manner
  • Excellent Retail Account Manager, with the ability to forge and build relations for business growth
  • A result's driven person with a proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets, as well as delivering operational improvements at a strategic level
  • Good leadership and people management skills and an ability to maintain a positive team spirit.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve.
  • Be computer literate and experienced reporting applications
