Our successful client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team to drive training sales for Ireland and the UK. This experienced person will identify new business opportunities with a training /education portifolio. They will manage their pipeline and close sales leads acquired through a variety of channels, including inbound calls, email and social media. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities and ensure an excellent experience is provided throughout the sales process. This candidate will have a keen business acumen, target driven and be focused on customer satisfaction.

The Role

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Client and Sales pipeline management
  • Develop professional relationships with potential customers
  • Gain a good understanding of our client's needs and generate high-quality sales opportunities
  • B2B and B2C Direct selling
  • Develop and manage relationships with partners and clients and capitalising on cross-selling opportunities
  • Acquire an excellent knowledge of our product portifolio and an understanding of the industry
  • Order Processing and completion

The Successful candidate will have:

  • 3 years experience in a target-driven sales environment
  • A relevant third level qualification
  • Drive and motivated and will demonstrate a strong commercial awareness
  • Strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • A strong customer focused work ethic/ability to establish customer needs
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficiencies in all MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word
