BRAND AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
This is a permanent position with excellent opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and growth plan within the Irish market supporting the development and implementation of positioning of brand including through full line activation.
- Deliver consumer insight and trends to assist in the new product development process and the market proposition.
- Manage and grow through brand-driven activation, revamp of current core portfolio.
- Achieve brand share and growth targets.
- Champion the consumer needs.
- Use competitive behaviour data and translate it into targeted marketing activities to grow brand share.
- Deliver market- and customer-knowledge input into projects and brand planning. Lead implementation of those platforms and develop world-class activation mix.
- Development of a share-growth-oriented marketing & category plans.
- Translate marketing & category plan into a business framework and optimise commercial opportunities.
- 2-3 years' classic brand experience in the food industry
- Brand development experience
- Exposure to Irish market, or launching products and activation
- Food industry experience
- Dynamic growth mind-set and creative entrepreneurial spirit
- Completely IT literate
- Experienced in using social media marketing for business
