Branch Manager - Permanent Full Time - Newcastle West, Limerick

Here at FRS we have an exciting opportunity to work as a Branch Manager to an amazing team of sales advisors in Newcastle West!

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the office and ensure all sales targets are met
  • Lead and manage performance of staff. Provide all necessary coaching, development and support to staff
  • Ensure compliance with all systems and procedures
  • Set staff targets
  • Grow revenue through direct selling and account management
  • Conduct 121 meetings to set targets and review performance
  • Manage poor performance effectively
  • Report on branch activity and performance
  • Deal with customer complaints according to company procedure
  • Keeping up-to-date knowledge on company products
  • Supporting the Regional Manager

What We Require From You:

  • 5 years minimum experience in relevant sales and/or management experience
  • A relevant degree/CIP qualification
  • A full clean driving licence
  • Commitment to business growth and profitability
  • Familiarity with policy administration, MS Office, Internet and e-learning
