Job Overview

A great role for a Bookkeeper to join a busy SME in Ballina on a 3 month fixed term part-time (20 hours a week) basis.

This role would suit a strong bookkeeper who is happy to work on their own initiative. You will be responsible for covering AP, AR, Recs, Revenue, Monthly end and Payroll

  • Month End
  • Posting AP invoices,
  • Credit Control
  • Reconciling creditors posting bank statements and reconciliation
  • Payroll
  • Posting credit cards and reconciliations
  • Uploading payments into the bank

It is a 3-month fixed term contract - 20 hours a week based in Ballina
